With its 60 indoor covers, the restaurant at La Couronne is a true gathering place for the residents of Henri-Chapelle and the surrounding area. With family, among friends or for a business dinner, our establishment is also fully accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM). As soon as the fine weather arrives, a 40-seat rear terrace welcomes you in a cosy, leafy atmosphere. It is the perfect spot for an outdoor lunch or a well-deserved break: cyclists, walkers and hikers are all welcome!
At La Couronne, our cuisine evolves with the seasons. All our dishes are homemade, with special attention paid to the small local producers of the Pays de Herve. Indoors or outdoors, discover a generous brasserie deeply rooted in its region.
La Couronne offers a total capacity of 20 guests to welcome business travellers, families or tourists passing through. Our 9 spacious, light-filled rooms adapt to every need thanks to flexible configurations with double beds, twin beds or triple rooms. It is the perfect place to enjoy a restful break and fully recharge in the region.
Each room is perfectly equipped for your comfort: free Wi-Fi, TV, desk, wardrobe and a complimentary bottle of water. Your private bathroom (with shower or bathtub) includes soft bath towels, a hairdryer, soap, shampoo and a beauty kit. To start the day well, breakfast is served every morning, 7 days a week, in a space reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
For extended stays, La Couronne provides a fully equipped apartment that can accommodate up to 3 people. It includes a fitted kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom, a toilet, a desk, a television and Wi-Fi. Bookings from 4 nights.
La Couronne also welcomes workers from the industrial parks of Les Plénesses, Petit-Rechain and Eupen, offering them comfortable, restful accommodation close to their workplace.
Ideally located between Liège, Aachen and Maastricht, the hotel-restaurant La Couronne is an ideal base for discovering the Pays de Herve and its treasures. A few minutes away: the Henri-Chapelle golf course, the American cemetery and the Grain d'Orge Brewery; about ten minutes away: the Aubel market, the Val-Dieu abbey or the village of Thimister. Lovers of wide-open spaces can reach the Signal de Botrange and the High Fens in 30 minutes, while motorsport enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. Liège, Aachen and the Three-Border region are also accessible in under 30 minutes. And for nature lovers, many walking and cycling routes start directly from La Couronne.
Yes, pets are welcome. However, we have a limited number of rooms with vinyl flooring specially suited to accommodate them. The presence of a dog must be mentioned when booking and remains subject to the availability of these rooms. A supplement of €10 per dog per night applies.
Unfortunately, our hotel does not have a lift. As the rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors and only accessible by stairs, we are currently unable to accommodate people with reduced mobility in the hotel section. Our restaurant, however, is fully accessible. A ramp provides easy access to the entrance of the establishment.
Check-in is possible from 4:00 pm. However, if you are attending a wedding or an event in the region and wish to arrive earlier to drop off your luggage or collect your key, we can usually make arrangements.
Simply let us know in advance by sending an email to info@lacouronne.be, stating your name, the date of your stay and your estimated arrival time.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your room will be ready before 4:00 pm, the official check-in time. However, if you plan to arrive earlier, we invite you to let us know in advance. We will then do our utmost to prepare your room as quickly as possible and increase the chances of it being available before the scheduled time.

Our hotel does not have a private car park. However, a large public car park is located just a few steps from the establishment.
You can park there free of charge for the entire duration of your stay.
Yes, a 4-space car park equipped with charging stations is located right across from our hotel. It includes 2 fast-charging points and 2 slow-charging points, easily accessible.
Our hotel does not currently have a dedicated bike storage. Most of our guests are used to parking their bikes in our inner courtyard, out of sight.
Depending on availability and reception opening hours, it is also sometimes possible to ask to store them in a room on the ground floor of the hotel. This option, however, remains subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Yes, of course. It is important, however, to mention this when booking at the restaurant.
Our hotel does not currently have air conditioning in the rooms. However, a fan is provided in each room to ensure greater comfort and pleasant nights, even during periods of high heat.
Yes, of course. In order to issue your invoice, please provide us with your complete billing details: company name, address, VAT number and the email address to which the invoice should be sent.
